Autumn colours have a special charm. They know how to be as lively as those of spring but with the elegance of those who have already lived.
Orange, red, yellow that last a few weeks.
These colours in a house must be carefully matched and dosed to avoid creating too much confusion and not falling into the “batik effect”. I love to add them little by little. With some detail, the combination of a light and an object, adding some cushions.
Personally I love to dive into white, which has the ability to give freshness, light and emphasise them.
This year I decided to leave them outside. From the window I see the trees with their leaves and they will frame this fall. And inside the house? White, black and light brown. A big soft blanket with fringes to warm me up on the couch while I enjoy the landscape change with its colours, the wind will make the leaves fall and winter will come.
Bye bye autumn!
